Ms. Masters joined The Law Offices of David T. Denney, PC in October, 2015.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Chelsea is an intellectual property and business attorney who assists clients with intellectual property and other transactional start-up issues. She has a background in trademark, copyright, and transactional business law including company formations, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transactions, while also holding experience in federal, multi-district, and international commercial litigation disputes, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution.

CIVIC & PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Chelsea is a Board member of Bold Idea, Inc., a Dallas-based nonprofit focused on developing young minds to execute bold ideas as a team through the power of coding. She also acts as a volunteer for Launch DFW and Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts.
