Grayson joined the firm in June 2017.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Grayson is a career real estate lawyer who assists clients with their real estate needs and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Grayson has served primarily in-house with large nationally recognized companies such as Acme Brick Company, CEC Entertainment, Inc. (“Chuck E. Cheese”), Zale Corporation (“Zales The Diamond Store”), and RadioShack Corporation, where he handled mostly commercial real estate transactions and corporate contracts.
Real Estate
Mr. Gumm covers all areas of commercial real estate, including:
- Leasing (reviewing, drafting and negotiating all lease related documents);
- Sales and Acquisitions (Purchase and Sale Agreements, title review, closing and title documents);
- Broker agreements;
- Easements and Access Agreements; and
- 1031 Exchanges.
Corporate Matters
Grayson’s corporate practice is focused on advising and assisting new and existing businesses with the following transactional needs:
- corporate formation, structure and general governance issues;
- contract review, drafting and negotiation (vendor agreements, sales agreements, purchase orders, IT software license agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, subcontractors and supply agreements).
